Irish consultancy Saros opens Cape Town office, increasing global IT and management services across Africa.
With the establishment of its first regional hub in Cape Town in South Africa, a management based on Ireland and IT consultant Saros Consulting has formally joined the African market. Saros Consulting, which was established in Dublin in 2016, helps businesses in managing and completing important technology and initiatives related to business change. The company helps clients organize systems including ERP, CRM, cloud, automation, and AI solutions by providing experience in IT consulting, project management, and digital change.
After successful launches in the US, UK, and Switzerland, the company's most recent international growth is the new South African branch. In addition to managing projects throughout Africa, the Cape Town hub will act as a delivery hub for customers in the UK and Europe. Co-founder and co-CEO Justin van der Spuy claims that South Africa was picked due to its well-established IT services industry and solid technical skill base. "The maturity of the country's IT industry and the caliber of talent from local universities make it an ideal location for our first African hub," he stated.
The investment, according to co-founder Ray Armstrong, supports Saros's remote-first business model, allowing it to provide adaptable consulting services in various locations. According to Armstrong, "this step reinforces our belief in the future of distributed work and our goal of building a borderless consulting practice."
Enterprise Ireland, an Irish government organization that supports international business expansion, helped launch the Cape Town branch. As part of its two-year worldwide expansion goal, the cooperation will assist Saros in investigating further overseas markets. Saros Consulting hopes to contribute to Africa's expanding digital and management consulting market while expanding its global presence.
