Stellanor Appoints Howard Pheby as Chief Commercial Officer to Drive Datacentre Growth

Urban data centre specialist Stellanor has named Howard Pheby as its new Chief Commercial Officer. With over three decades of industry expertise, Pheby will lead the company's commercial strategy, sales, and customer growth efforts as the company builds scale in its UK operations. This is a Stellanor chief commercial officer appointment, and it is a growth strategy for the company.

Howard Pheby joins Stellanor from Pure Data Centres Group, where he was business development director for nearly a decade. He managed strategy for the UK, Europe, and the Middle East regions. At Stellanor, he will be responsible for scaling the company's commercial operations as it plans to build from two to ten facilities. This is a growth strategy for the company, driven by demand.

Commenting on his role, Pheby emphasized Stellanor’s execution capabilities and its vision to deliver urban colocation solutions close to enterprise operations. He noted that the company’s infrastructure and financial backing create strong value for businesses navigating hybrid cloud and AI requirements. Chairman Michael Tobin added that Pheby’s experience will be key to capturing market share, reinforcing enterprise colocation solutions for hybrid cloud and AI infrastructure.

Pheby has previously held leadership roles at Telehouse Europe, Rack Centre, and COLT Telecom, building strong commercial networks. As Stellanor expands, this appointment signals a focus on strengthening commercial leadership and long-term growth.
