PCFC Receives Global Leader Award for Social Responsibility, Environmental Friendly Growth

PCFC received the Gold Award for its social responsibility programs, improving community welfare.

The UK-based International CSR Excellence Awards granted the title of Global Leader in Social Responsibility to Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) in Dubai. Chosen from over 300 applicants around the world, PCFC earned the Gold Award in the field of Community Participation for the Government Entities category.

The award ceremony was held at London's known St. Paul's Cathedral. Hend Ahmad Shaker, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication at PCFC, received the award on the company's behalf. This major honor shows PCFC's constant commitment to environmentally friendly growth and social responsibility. It also reflects the corporation's annual social responsibility strategy that includes several important projects aiming to improve community welfare.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE President, declared 2025 as the Year of Community, and in the same year the award was handed out. Inspired by this national appeal, PCFC increased efforts to introduce major social programs. "This award reflects our dedication to support different areas of society and to encourage a culture of offering," stated Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of PCFC. "It also highlights our leadership's goal of creating a flexible, strong, and empathetic community."

CEO of PCFC, Nasser Al Neyadi, continued, "Our financial goals have a strong connection to our humanistic and social initiatives.
