Magnus Energy's Managing Director, Alexander van der Mark, stressed that the partnership is intended to address current and future energy-related concerns
Magnus Energy, an energy-focused consulting firm, has announced a merger with Ciratum, a business and IT transformation consultancy. Magnus Energy, created in 2008, has a good track record in strategy, regulation, implementation, and operations, whereas Ciratum specializes in aiding energy providers and utility businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium. The deal, which sees Magnus Energy acquire Ciratum for an undisclosed sum, combines the two organizations' skills, creating a formidable position in the energy consultancy market. With more than 100 staff dispersed among offices in the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, the newly established group is ready to face the complexity of the energy transition head on.
Magnus Energy's Managing Director, Alexander van der Mark, stressed that the partnership is intended to address current and future energy-related concerns. Rudolf Das, Managing Director of Ciratum, reiterated this opinion, stating that the strategic relationship would allow the merged firm to provide services that will make a significant difference in the sector. This deal, which is backed by a Dutch private equity group, is an important step in Magnus Energy's aim to become one of Europe's leading specialist energy consulting firms.
