Medical Korea 2026 in Seoul will discuss AI advances, medical tourism, healthcare trends, and international partnerships.
The 16th Global Healthcare and Medical Tourism Conference, Medical Korea 2026, will take place at COEX in Seoul from March 19 to 22. "AI-Powered Global Healthcare: Bringing the Future and the World Closer" is the theme of the event. The KHIDI is organizing the conference, hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. This event will bring together leaders in the worldwide healthcare sector, lawmakers, hospital officials, and digital health innovators in order to discuss about how AI is transforming healthcare systems around the world.
Since its founding in 2010, Medical Korea has developed into an important platform for medical tourism collaboration and healthcare innovation. The conference this year will concentrate on artificial intelligence-based healthcare transformation, including machine learning-powered smart hospital infrastructure, advanced analytics in population health management, and AI-powered diagnostics. Precision medicine technology and partnerships in the digital health ecosystem that allow international medical services will also be discussed.
According to Andy Hong of KHIDI, the event's goals are to promote worldwide cooperation and highlight the growing importance of AI-powered innovation in modern healthcare delivery. An Opening Ceremony, eight conference sessions, business matchmaking meetings, government-to-government (G2G) discussions, an exhibition, FAM tours, and the Medical Korea Gala Dinner are all part of the four-day program. Edward Marx and Eun-Young Jung are among the main speakers.
Topics like AI-based medical technology, telemedicine expansion plans, digital medicine innovation, and sustainable medical tourism will be discussed in the event by more than 40 local and international speakers. South Korea's competitive medical services sector, Medical Korea platform, and possibility of international healthcare collaboration will all be highlighted in a three-level exhibition that will strengthen the nation's leadership in AI-powered healthcare innovation.
