Swisscom expands its collaboration to simplify B2B networks, improve automation, reduce costs, and create intelligent, efficient IT systems.

Swisscom is expanding its partnership with Netcracker Technology to combine its IT systems with Netcracker's domain orchestration platform, focusing on its business-to-business (B2B) services. Swisscom has benefited from Netcracker's multiple domain automation solutions, that quickened transformation and improved automation throughout its networks. This helped to reduce costs, increase network security, and speed service delivery.

Swisscom chose Domain Orchestration for its Business WAN services, building on its success. With a single DevOps team, the platform will help improve IT operations, react quickly to changing needs, reduce costs, and move to an operational domain management architecture that meets with the TM Forum ODA. "Netcracker's solutions across foundation, access, and cross-domain areas give us confidence in extending the platform to our Business WAN,” said Marius Stricker, VP & Solution Manager B2B Telco at Swisscom.
