DMDC launches DMDC Estates to expand into luxury property investment and high-end renovations in Dubai.

An additional Dh30 million is planned for the second half of 2025, taking the company's overall investment to Dh100 million for the year.

In contrast to DMDC's other business, which is external-facing, DMDC Estates will operate under its own steam — buying, restoring, and selling property with the company's in-house construction and design skills. This model gives the team complete creative and operational autonomy, allowing them to deliver projects that perfectly embody DMDC's unique combination of innovation, luxury, and craftsmanship. The debut project of the division, an exquisite six-bedroom Arabian Ranches villa, is a testament to this philosophy.
