Alten India appoints Balaji Viswanathan as CEO to lead its next phase of growth and innovation.
Alten India, the major Indian subsidiary of engineering and technology consulting group Alten Group, has appointed Balaji Viswanathan as its Chief Executive Officer. The move is a key development in the firm's plans to increase its operation scale and intensify its service provision in engineering and digital transformation.
Balaji Viswanathan brings close to 30 years of experience to the table, with extensive experience in digital transformation and engineering services. Throughout his career, he has been in executive positions across multiple industries, such as industrial engineering, telcos, automotive, aerospace and defense, and the life sciences. His ability to scale up global delivery models and improve organizational capabilities makes him well suited to drive Alten India into its next growth phase.
Pascal Amore, Alten Group Executive Director for Asia, welcomed Balaji and was confident that his strategic vision and industry expertise would guide Alten India toward aligning with the Group's global vision. "His appointment marks a critical juncture for Alten India," Amore said.
