Atturra Purchases SAP Expert DalRae Solutions to Strengthen SAP Capabilities

Atturra strengthens SAP expertise, expanding enterprise software services with DalRae Solutions acquisition.

Publicly listed managed services provider Atturra has made the acquisition of Brisbane-based SAP premier partner DalRae Solutions, in a step to enhance its reach within the SAP ecosystem. The acquisition reflects Atturra's strategic objective of dominating the Australian SAP consulting and implementation market.

In addition to providing comprehensive SAP Cloud and case management services, DalRae is well-versed in S/4HANA, Clean Core, and SAP's Business Technology Platform. As a SAP AppHaus Network member, DalRae is known for its design-led, human-centric, and AI-powered SAP solutions, including the SAP Business AI Award and a series of SAP Industry Disruptor Awards.

Atturra already has a significant SAP client base and augments this with services across OpenText ECM, data integration, and change management. The acquisition is focused on broadening Atturra's capacity for end-to-end enterprise solutions and bolstering its presence in the public sector and mid-market space.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our plan to meaningfully build out in the SAP universe," said Atturra CEO Stephen Kowal. DalRae's solid reputation and breadth of SAP expertise align well with our mission to help clients modernize and digitize their core businesses. An initial cash consideration of $4.8 million is included in the purchase, and a further $15.2 million will be paid out in performance-related earn-outs if performance milestones are met during CY25 to CY27.

The deal is a high-value addition to Atturra's holdings, as evidenced by the total purchase price, which is 6.15 times the anticipated EBITDA multiple for the future. EPS should typically begin to rise in FY26 and level off on June 30, 2025. This acquisition reinforces Atturra's focus on growing its enterprise software services, particularly across the SAP landscape.
