Wynn Al Marjan Island set to transform UAE tourism with luxury stays and first casino.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, the highly anticipated Ras Al Khaimah integrated resort in the UAE, has revealed its guest rooms for the first time, establishing new standards for regional luxury travel and hospitality. Opening early 2027, the enormous resort will have 1,530 rooms, suites, and villas, designed by Wynn's in-house Design & Development team.
Spanning over 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island provides a distinctive experience with 24 restaurants, a five-star spa, designer boutiques, 12 cabana pools, a private marina, a white-sand beach, and Wynn signature entertainment. The resort will also feature the UAE's first casino, a first for the hospitality industry in the country.
Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer, Wynn Design & Development, described the rooms as "grounded in the language of Wynn but reinterpreted for this oceanfront experience." Taking cue from Ras Al Khaimah's natural surroundings and artistic legacy, the Resort King rooms incorporate floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning vistas of the Arabian Gulf, textured layers, and intricately curvaceous forms inspired by 18th- and 19th-century aesthetics.
Within, personalized lighting, mirrored accents, and warm finishes evoke a soothing, sea-inspired atmosphere. Luxurious bathrooms include two vanities, a walk-in shower, and freestanding tubs for a retreat-like experience for every visitor.
With over 64% of the construction work already in progress, expectations are still high for Wynn Al Marjan Island. Michael Weaver, Chief Communications and Brand Officer at Wynn Resorts, underlined the innovative character of the project as pointing to its significance in expanding UAE's hospitality horizon.
Wynn Al Marjan Island will redefine luxury tourism in the Middle East with a unique blend of luxury, entertainment, and nature.
