IndiaMART, one of India's largest online B2B marketplaces, has announced that Saurabh Deep Singla will be joining it as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational change, Singla will play an important role in aligning the HR strategies of the company with its business objectives as it scales further.
In his new role, Singla will oversee the key HR initiatives, including organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, and employer branding. His focus will be on fostering a culture of collaboration and performance, in line with IndiaMART's vision of innovation and inclusivity. His efforts will also ensure that the company's 6,000+ workforce remains aligned with the organization's overall mission.
Singla brings deep expertise to this role, having experience working with best-in-class organizations such as upGrad, Ecom Express, Rio Tinto, Whirlpool, and Airtel. His understanding of how people-centric strategies can influence innovation in the practice of HR will be a real asset as IndiaMART gets its workforce ready to take on the competition and enhance the HR operations that support it.
