CFC hires Matthew Glenville as Group COO to drive operational efficiency and global growth strategy.
CFC has appointed Matthew Glenville as the new Group Chief Operating Officer of the company, a position to be utilized for the development of the business with the underwriting, technology, and business operations teams working closer. This new position reflects the efforts of the insurance provider CFC in securing sustainable growth over time as the firm expands its reach globally.
Mr. Glenville brings broad experience to this position, previously being Group COO at DWF Law and COO and CTO at ICE Clear Europe. He played a key role in establishing ICE Benchmark Administration as the trusted provider of financial benchmarks. He has held multiple industry backgrounds that include experience from financial services, technology, and law sectors, along with working both within publicly listed companies and those supported by private equity.

Besides Glenville, CFC also announced several other senior role changes to support its global growth strategy. Tim Boyce has been promoted to deputy chief underwriting officer, while Michael Brunero will relocate to New York as managing director, USA.
