CyberCube expands its partnership with HUB International to enhance cyber risk analytics and support data-driven decision-making for cyber insurance.
CyberCube has extended its partnership with HUB International, a global insurance broker and financial services firm, to improve HUB's cyber risk analytics capabilities for clients across North America. Under this agreement, CyberCube's advanced software and services, including the Broking Manager platform, will be integrated into HUB's operations. The platform will allow HUB to more effectively assess clients' financial exposure to cyber risks and support more effective risk transfer strategies.
The actionable insights from the Broking Manager platform help insurers, insurance brokers and their clients understand the shifts in the cyber threat landscape. The Professional & Executive Risks (ProEx) team at HUB, which focuses on professional and executive liability insurance, will use CyberCube analytics to enhance advisory services. CyberCube will further aid HUB's specialists in finding vulnerabilities, analyzing potential loss data, and advising on proper structuring of effective cyber insurance programs.
Nate Brink, head of broker partnerships at CyberCube, cited the value in supporting data-driven decision-making on cyber insurance purchasing for buyers. "We look forward to supporting HUB in helping cyber insurance buyers with the leading cyber insurance analytics for risk transfer decision-making," Brink said. He continued that advanced analytics will be growingly important while navigating the dynamic and complex nature of the cyber risk environment.
Nathan Hansen, senior vice president and US cyber and technology practice leader for HUB's ProEx team, shared this view, noting that the partnership would allow HUB specialists to proactively approach cyber placements. "Our partnership with CyberCube gives our team access to an innovative tool that allows us to lead clients toward informed, well-reasoned decisions regarding their cyber programs," Hansen said.
In another important collaboration earlier in this year, CyberCube connected with the CatX digital marketplace; its cyber risk analytics will thereby expand its exposure across even more brokers and re/insurers to optimize modeling and price their cyber exposures better.
