Hewlett Packard Enterprise enhances its HPE GreenLake platform with new managed services capabilities, empowering partners to deliver richer solutions.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced some major updates for its HPE GreenLake cloud platform, where it is trying to expand managed services. It has been stated that these upgrades, which HPE has introduced at HPE Discover Barcelona, will help to empower partners with enhanced service capabilities, allowing them to offer richer solutions to their customers through the HPE Partner Ready Vantage program.

The company now allows a partner-branded experience with HPE Managed Services through its Managed Services Center of Expertise. This new capability enables channel partners to use HPE's Hybrid Cloud Operations Console to provide managed services branded under their own name, fortifying their services powered by HPE GreenLake. The center also now delivers a co-delivery experience to partners who are looking for further support from HPE. It facilitates the development of service skills with direct assistance from HPE to achieve long-term growth and profitability for the partners.

HPE's updates also introduce new opportunities for partners within the Support Services Center of Expertise. The center enables the partner to own the entire customer experience, offering services led by partners through HPE GreenLake. With integration with the HPE Complete Care Service offering, the center ensures that service delivery and customer relationship management is effectively managed.

It further included expanding HPE's Professional Services Center of Expertise into additional broader capabilities that offer a new rapid migration tool to support its partners as they can make decisions regarding workload placement. Those might be based in the public cloud or an HPE GreenLake. Support HPE VM Essentials migrations as well as the repatriations back into a public cloud to ensure stronger building blocks of service practice for creating some as-a-service unique solutions.

As part of its commitment to growing its partner ecosystem, HPE continues to focus on enabling partners to capitalize on the increasing demand for managed services. With new tools and centers of expertise, HPE is positioning its partners for success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
