Canada Life Partners with TCS to Modernize European IT Infrastructure Using Advanced AI and Digital Capabilities

According to the press release, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has forged a multiyear strategic partnership to implement a comprehensive technology modernization program at Canada Life—the world’s largest provider of life and pension insurance. This multimillion-euro transformation and managed services agreement represent a significant commitment by both organizations to leverage artificial intelligence and digital innovation to reshape their enterprise IT infrastructures.
As part of this multi-year relationship, TCS will modernize and manage Canada Life’s critical technology assets, such as data centre operations; core infrastructure systems; end-user computing environments and software lifecycle management services. Together, TCS and Canada Life will improve the overall way that Canada Life operates its technology backbone. By leveraging TCS’s innovative AI and digital technologies, this initiative will lead to measurable improvements in operational resilience; increased automation and enhanced user experience for Canada Life’s customers across multiple European markets. This collaboration brings together TCS’s strong technical knowledge with Canada Life’s significant domain expertise creating an effective foundation for creating and sustaining technology advancement over the long term.
