The lawsuit, lodged in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on July 30, 2024, alleges that Nokia unlawfully incorporated Amazon’s cloud innovations into its products, including the CloudBand Infrastructure Software and Nuage Networks Virtualized Services Platform.
