Salesforce Launches AI Agent Ecosystem to Accelerate Enterprise Adoption

Salesforce introduces Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network and expanded AI Agent tools to streamline enterprise deployments globally.

Salesforce announced multiple enhancements to their AI agent platform at their TDX developer conference and launched their Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network along with their expanded toolkit for easier enterprise adoption of AI across its millions of customers worldwide.

The FDE Partner Network is a partnership between elite providers of solutions with exclusive access to Salesforce’s internal product teams and engineering expertise. Industry-leading consulting firms like Capgemini, Cognizant, Accenture, and IBM Consulting are part of this selective program, which is responsible for more than one-third of the Agentforce implementations completed successfully to date. Members of this network work in collaboration with customers to create agent behavior, develop compliance controls, and measure performance after launch, resulting in a specialized delivery model that focuses on measurable results and business outcomes.

Salesforce also established the Builders Fund with a $50 million offering to partner companies in exchange for providing investment, engineering assistance, and market support as they join the Salesforce ecosystem. To support its ecosystem partners, Salesforce introduced product improvements that reduce agent design complexity. A Headless 360 architecture has been created to expose all functional capabilities of Salesforce as API and Model Context Protocol Tools (also referred to as ‘Code Snippets’) and allow for agents developed on competing platforms to access data stored in Salesforce without any issues.

Agentforce Vibes 2.0 contains multi-model support, including Claude Sonnet and GPT-5, as well as Natural Language DevOps capabilities that could reduce deployment cycles by as much as 40 percent. Governance tools have been enhanced with the AI Gateway, MCP Bridge, and Trusted Agent Identity to provide standardized token management, compliance enforcement, and secure operations for agents with specific user permissions.

Business Honor believes Salesforce's FDE Partner Network represents a strategic shift toward excellence in specialized AI Agent delivery.
