Bhardwaj has been with Pernod Ricard India for almost four years. Her previous role was that of Head – Total Rewards, Performance, Analytics, and Digital Experience. She has been instrumental in leading several critical human resources initiatives for the company in her previous role. The company has appointed her as the Chief Human Resources Officer as part of its overall talent management strategy.
