BPX Framework Cuts SAP S/4HANA Transformation Costs by 25% through the Integration of Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe.
Business Process Xperts (BPX) has introduced a revolutionary transformation framework that slashes the cost of SAP S/4HANA implementation by 25%, thus shaping the horizon of enterprise transformation. The BPX framework brings an end-to-end transformation model, which leverages SAP Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe to provide visibility into business processes. The model is centered on three leading technologies, SAP Signavio provides process intelligence and performance insights for companies to analyze and validate their activities pre-migration. LeanIX provides mapping of architecture and visibility into dependencies. WalkMe improves user experience by providing in-application guidance and real-time support, improving user adoption both during and after the go-live. Together, these tools provide a standard ecosystem to support process transparency, business alignment and on-going improvement.
In reflecting on the framework, Nikhil Agarwal, Founder of BPX commented that many SAP S/4HANA transformations fail to meet expectations because organizations think of it as simply a technical upgrade rather than a business redesign. "Our framework pulls together Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe, all focused on process optimization, adoption insight and user enablement. We now have a transformation model that is sustainable, efficient and effective but also future-ready." Rupal Agarwal, Co-founder of BPX added that the framework gives enterprises the ability to evolve their SAP journeys into data and user-guided experiences. "When process design and transparency of systems are combined, organizations can leverage the agility of the cloud while maintaining governance and controls and compliance."
The launch of the BPX framework is already contributing to growth in early-adopter organizations looking to modernize their ERP environments while seeking more significance and measurable outcomes. As these enterprises proceed further to their adoption of S/4HANA, BPX’s integrated approach sets it up as a success model for transformation initiatives for organizations in all industries.
