Fusion5 acquired Applejack in order to grow in Brisbane and improve its services, especially in AI, data, and cloud ERP services.
Fusion5, an Australasian IT services business, improved its digital transformation abilities and improved its presence in Brisbane by acquiring Applejack, a NetSuite partner based in Queensland. This action is part of Fusion5's aim to grow its network and service portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. According to Sven Martin, CEO of Fusion5 Australia, the partnership supports the business's goal of developing a strong foundation in Queensland. "We're excited to improve our presence in Brisbane, support their knowledge and skills, and offer a number of transformation services to its customers under a single roof," Martin stated.
With customers like Mountain Bikes Direct, Scape Student Living, and Salary Packaging Australia, Applejack is a trusted NetSuite partner. Its workforce provides their knowledge in cloud ERP integration and installation, which is now an element of Fusion5's greater transformation program. Stuart Mallet, the managing director and creator of Applejack, stated that workers as well as customers get advantages from the deal. "Our customers can take advantage of Fusion5's strengths in data, AI, security, and system integration, and our experts can work on a greater number of projects," Mallet stated.
Fusion5 has made major investments in data services and artificial intelligence. The business recently acquired Integration Works and GoCloud Systems, both based in New Zealand, into its business operations and recently appointed Shannon Moir as its director of AI in Australia. Fusion5, founded in 2003, aims to bridge the gap between smaller, flexible software providers and major consulting firms. Currently the business uses modern technology to support businesses in simplifying and modernizing their operations. Fusion5 aims to set a standard for digital transformation in this sector in the future. With smart acquisitions like Applejack, it's not just growing but also preparing businesses for a future in which data and AI play an important part in all business decisions.
