TMC partners with SMK to offer accessible training and materials for marketers across Australia and New Zealand.
To make professional development easier and more accessible for marketers in Australia and New Zealand, The Marketing Club (TMC) has partnered up with digital training provider SMK. Through the recent partnership, TMC members will have supported access to a number of online training programs, like those on email marketing, LinkedIn for B2B, Meta and Google Ads, and marketing AI. In addition, members will have early exposure to market changes, white papers, and in-demand training resources.
Additionally, the partnership will result in partnered activities as well as live sessions that meet the needs of TMC's growing audience. According to TMC creator Chanel Clark, "I have started TMC with the aim to offer the kind of support I hoped I had previously in my career." Clark added, “During the time when individuals have no idea where to start, our members are ready to learn.”
The material of SMK is simple, easy to understand, and meant for actual marketers. James Fitzgerald, Executive Director of Programming at SMK, added, "Marketers are busy. Training often gets neglected, not because it is not required, but because it appears too challenging.” This partnership makes it easier for marketers to find what's effective and apply it quickly. With a focus on useful, everyday marketing abilities, SMK regularly trains more than 10,000 marketers.
Through events and materials, TMC, a grassroots network of more than 12,500 marketers, connects freelancers, learners, staff members, and agencies. Over 85 events have been held at TMC, and the company continues to grow around the area. TMC members will get early access to courses and additional activities as the development process gets introduced in the coming days.
