Logika Group adopts Deltek Vantagepoint ERP to modernize operations and support business growth.
Logika Group is a UK based environmental consultancy that has selected Deltek Vantagepoint, a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to support its continued growth and improve operations. The Logika Group was established in 1993 and now has four environmental consulting firms with more than 100 professionals. It has six offices, five of which are in the UK and one in Brussels. It became obvious as the business grew that its outdated systems, which mainly relied on Excel and other separate applications, were unable to keep up. In important domains like forecasting, resource planning and performance tracking, these antiquated techniques led to inefficiencies and manual workarounds.
Logika Group selected Deltek Vantagepoint, an innovative ERP system designed for professional services companies, to address these issues. It seeks to improve the company's project, resource, and financial management. The four main modules of Deltek Vantagepoint namely Accounting & Financial Management, Project Management, CRM & Pipeline Management and Resource Management to combine to help professional services organizations.
These integrated technologies assist companies in managing client relationships, rationalization operations, improving financial monitoring and maximizing resource use across projects.
Logika will have present time insight throughout the company using this technology which will allow leadership to make quicker and better decisions. Many manual processes will be computerized to save time and increase efficiency, forecasting accuracy will increase and resource planning will become simpler.
The ERP also includes Dela, Deltek’s AI assistant. Dela provides smart insights, helps rationalize operations and improves forecasting through features like digital summaries and voice-based support. Julian Pickles, Finance Director at Logika Group, said the company is excited to start using Vantagepoint to get better control over operations, especially in forecasting and planning. While a timeline for the implementation hasn't been shared, Deltek sees this as a major success. Once live, the ERP is expected to significantly improve how Logika operates and supports its future growth.
