Aino Health AB, a leader in work ability management solutions, has formed a strategic partnership with one of the top shipbuilding groups in Europe to implement its employee well-being SaaS platform. The 2,000-employee contract is designed to support the organization's proactive health management as well as the general work ability. Aino Health's platform provides an integrated suite of tools that are designed to maximize workforce health, productivity, and well-being. By offering access to real-time data, early support automation processes, and root cause analysis tools, the platform enables businesses to identify and correct health-related issues earlier, which translates to a decrease in absenteeism and a boost in productivity.
