ImageCat combines Green Shield’s Property Guardian data to boost wildfire risk insights and mitigation

Green Shield is a catastrophe mitigation expert that provides insurers, reinsurers, and property owners with unmatched property-level information and customized mitigation methods to comprehend, control, and lower the risk of wildfires. Green Shield has partnered with ImageCat to incorporate its Property Guardian data into ImageCat's FACFinderTM and Inhance® systems.

By combining wildfire knowledge at level of parcel with geospatial analytics, this partnership gives financial institutions, real estate agents, and insurers a better understanding of the risk of wildfires at the property level. Green Shield's Property Guardian helps risk managers transition from broad hazard awareness to targeted, actionable knowledge by providing comprehensive assessments that include defensible space analysis, vegetation health, and structure score.
