Eric Johnson has been named the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Arini, a business that specializes in AI solutions for dental service organizations (DSOs). As the creator and CEO of Membersy which is an important dental membership platform, Johnson contributes more than ten years of experience in the dentistry industry.

Johnson will lead Arini's business strategy and strengthen the company's alliances with dentistry associations in his new role. In close teamwork with clients, he will utilize AI solutions that improve patient communication, lessen administrative burdens and simplify everyday tasks.

Founded by Harvard and MIT engineers with funding from Y Combinator, Arini began with the Arini AI Receptionist, a tool that currently manages more than 10,000 patient calls daily. The company is expanding to offer full AI services for dental groups, including consulting, implementation, and engineering support.
