All-time great midfielder Luka Modric will sign with Italian side AC Milan as a free agent in the next few days. The Croatian legend's Real Madrid contract expires after the FIFA Club World Cup, which will begin on June 14.

Modric, 38, is leaving behind a phenomenal legacy at Real Madrid, where he spent 13 seasons. In his stay at the Spanish giants, he collected a record 28 trophies, among them six UEFA Champions League titles and four La Liga championships.
