Mallory Court Wins Top Hotel Award at VisitEngland 2025 Ceremony

VisitEngland rated the Mallory Court Hotel the best major hotel in England for sustainability and quality.

The Mallory Court Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire has won the title of Large Hotel of the Year at the 2025 VisitEngland Awards for Excellence. The national tourism board of England organizes the awards which honors unique achievement in a variety of tourism and hospitality fields.

One of the most demanding awards, Large Hotel of the Year requires recipients to exhibit excellence in operations, service, guest experience and general hospitality standards. Full-service hotels that maintain consistently high standards across their operations are eligible properties.

Mallory Court Hotel & Spa stood out for its quality, setting, and sustainability efforts. Judges described the property as “a serene base” surrounded by 10 acres of landscaped gardens with views across the Warwickshire countryside. With a view of the gardens, the hotel has a spa with a swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor hot tub.

The hotel was also recognized for its environmental commitment. VisitEngland showed the use of homegrown produce and environmental friendly practices combined into its day-to-day operations without compromising luxury or service. The Sunnyside Guest House in Merseyside won B&B and Guesthouse of the Year, Treworgey Cottages in Cornwall won Self-Catering Accommodation of the Year and the Summer Lodge Hotel in Dorset won Small Hotel of the Year. The success of these rural properties reflects a continued preference for countryside travel among UK tourists.
