LG CNS Launches Advanced AI ERP Testing Solution

LG CNS, a top Korean IT solution provider, made the announcement of its upgraded AI-powered ERP test solution, PerfecTwin ERP Edition, at the SAP Sapphire 2025 conference in Orlando, Florida. Tailor-made for SAP ERP systems, the new solution is aimed at helping companies simplify testing and validation procedures before going live on their ERP implementations.

Originally launched in 2024, PerfecTwin ERP Edition utilizes real-world transaction data to simulate live environments and enables businesses to detect and fix potential system weaknesses prior to rollout. Now available as part of the latest release is strengthened artificial intelligence functionality that generates realistic test data on demand, automates masking of sensitive user data, and identifies error patterns with increased root cause analysis. These features significantly reduce validation time and increase the accuracy of testing.

The product addresses critical business functions such as finance, procurement, and human resources, which are the areas where post-launch issues can cause critical disruptions. Through the use of AI-based ERP testing, LG CNS aims to minimize downtime and provide smoother digital transformation experiences for global businesses.

Aside from product improvements, LG CNS launched new technical support services to promote migrations to the cloud-based ERP systems. The support offering comprises application management, platform improvement, security patches, and periodical system version upgrades to provide stable and secure ERP operations.

To further complement global demand, LG CNS will establish an ERP delivery center in India by the end of this year. The company also achieved a milestone by becoming the first Korean company to join SAP's Asia-Pacific Strategic Service Partner Initiative, highlighting its regional leadership.
