Pragmatic Play unveils "Free Chips" to boost player engagement with customizable live casino bonuses.
Pragmatic Play, a provider of iGaming content, has announced the release of "Free Chips," the newest gamification tool in its "Enhance" package. The company claims that Free Chips gives operators the ability to give players in a variety of Pragmatic Play's acclaimed live casino games individualized bonus amounts.
The provider's roulette games, including Lucky 6 Roulette, Speed Roulette 1, VIP Roulette, and Mega Roulette, are the first to provide the new Enhance offering. Additional live games will be added later.
With its automated payouts and smooth setup, Free Chips is made to be as convenient as possible for both players and operators. According to Pragmatic Play, Free Chips bonuses can be set up as stand-alone incentives or as a component of integrated promotional efforts, and they support all major languages and currencies.
The addition of free chips to Pragmatic Play's increasing line of enhanced promotional tools gives online casino operators access to a wide range of gamification and marketing tools that are intended to optimize "player acquisition, engagement, and retention."
Irina Cornides, the Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, explained that Free Chips will assist operators in enhancing the gaming experience for players by offering customizable bonus amounts in their preferred live casino games, beginning with the company's popular roulette titles.
In other recent news, Pragmatic Play released Big Bass Return to the Races, a sequel with a horse racing theme, to its well-liked Big Bass series. In the 5x3 slot, the main character, a fisherman, makes his way back to the racetrack. Landing three to five scatters gives you access to one of two bonus games. A random feature has the potential to disclose a third scatter if only two land on a spin.
