AMIS Development Begins Construction of $35.1 Million Woodland Terraces Project

AMIS Development starts construction of Woodland Terraces in Meydan, with completion expected by Q1 2027.

Woodland Terraces, a $35.1 million residential development in District 11, Meydan, has begun to be constructed by AMIS Development. Reports state that the milestone marks the beginning of the construction of the new luxury property, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

The project site's foundation event was attended by AMIS Development partners and senior leadership. The event highlighted the necessity of rethinking living through innovation, design, and amenities. AMIS Development received funding from First APAC Vehicle VCC, a Singaporean investment vehicle that agreed to invest $1.3 billion in the business in 2024.

The Woodland Terraces, according to Neeraj Mishra, Founder and CEO of AMIS Development, reflect the company's mission to provide amazing residences that blend modern style with unmatched comfort. He mentioned that the project will be a significant addition to Meydan’s landscape, providing residents with a neat and modern lifestyle. According to him, the project will significantly improve Meydan's landscape and offer its citizens a chic, modern way of life. With a solid foundation and strong commitment; he expressed excitement about bringing the development to life by Q1 2027.

The goal of AMIS Development is to design and build homes with floor-to-ceiling glass facades, open-plan living, and large terraces. According to the developer, the one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments at Woodland Terraces are designed for fashionable living and offer both style and functionality with walk-in closets, laundry rooms, and en suite bathrooms.

In addition, it stated that the bottom floor will contain a kids' play area, a lobby, and AMIS Café, while the rooftop will feature an infinity pool, sports facilities, a fitness center, a yoga space, and an outdoor theater.
