Advisor360° Launches Tandem CRM for Independent RIAs to Enhance Document Processing

Tandem CRM streamlines financial planning, compliance, and client interactions for independent RIAs using AI.

Tandem, a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed specifically for independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) was introduced by the healthtech company Advisor360°.
Tandem is a multi-custodial system built with a lot of features such as a refined reporting engine, a safe document management treasure house, financial planning connections, and a contemporary client-facing site. The cloud-based solution is planned to handle regulatory requirements and reorganize financial procedures. Financial planning, reporting, and client record-keeping are all computerized and coordinated by this platform.

With AI-powered understandings, it alters client interactions and recommends the best course of action for the future. Tandem is on display this week at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, Texas, during the 2025 T3 Technology Conference. Mat Mathews, Chief Product and Engineering Officer, expressed enthusiasm about offering Advisor360°'s high-quality, and combined solutions customized to meet the needs of billion-dollar independent RIAs. He noted that Tandem, the first in a series of offerings from Advisor360°, provides advanced tools typically reserved for larger institutions, helping growing firms strengthen their client relationships.

According to reports, Tandem's "compliance-ready" design makes sure that every action is recorded and auditable, making it simple for businesses to comply with SEC and Reg BI standards. By incorporating with other tools like RightCapital, MoneyGuide Pro, and eMoney, Tandem solves these problems and enables businesses to customize their technology stacks at a cheaper cost than they could with typical corporate solutions.

Advisor360° purchased Parrot AI in January of this year, adding AI-powered features for meeting recording, transcription, and summarization to its platform that work in unison with popular conferencing platforms. Along with 12 full-time staff members, including CEO and co-founder Paul Morville, the transaction also includes Parrot AI's core technology and intellectual property.
