Samsung Galaxy A26's support pages go live, signaling an imminent release with rumored upgrades.
With the appearance of new support pages for the Galaxy A26 on the company's official websites in several international regions, Samsung seems to be preparing for the device's release. Its presence in the UK, Ireland, and Latin America has been further confirmed with the launch of the Galaxy A26 support pages in these regions. Additionally, the handset is reportedly on its way to India, where Samsung is well-established in the mid-range smartphone market.
Like its predecessor, the Galaxy A25, the Galaxy A26 is anticipated to include a polycarbonate body with a new camera module. The Galaxy A26 may be powered by Samsung's proprietary Exynos 1280 chipset, according to reports, but there are also contradictory leaks that point to the Exynos 2400e, the same processor that powers the Galaxy S24 FE.
Details from an FCC listing also suggest that the gadget will probably feature 25W fast charging, just like the Galaxy A25. The Galaxy A26 may come in a variety of storage configurations with choices including 256GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM.
The Galaxy A26 is anticipated to be priced similarly to the Galaxy A25, which debuted in India at Rs 26,999, however, official pricing has not yet been announced. This implies that Samsung may be able to maintain competitive pricing in the mid-range market.
Support sites are currently operational, suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy A26 will ship soon. In the upcoming weeks, a formal statement might be made if the business sticks to its regular release schedule. Samsung is reportedly planning many upgrades to its A-series portfolio this year, according to reports involving the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56. Although the purported information presents a positive image of the Galaxy A26, formal confirmation is still pending.
