HHAeXchange promotes Anna Pavlik to CHRO and appoints Mark Cope as CRO to drive growth.
HHAeXchange, the leading homecare management solution for caregivers, providers, MCOs, and state Medicaid programs, announced significant leadership moves that will help continue to fuel its growth and expansion within the HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) space.
Anna Pavlik has been promoted from Global Vice President of Human Resources to Chief Human Resources Officer. She will oversee HHAeXchange's overall human resource strategy in all teams and departments. As part of this, she will help integrate recently acquired companies—Sandata Technologies, Generations Homecare System, and Cashé Software—to carry out the company's business strategy. Additionally, she'll lead people and culture initiatives that will enhance the company's response to challenges and are ready to access opportunities in the dynamic HCBS industry.
Additionally, HHAeXchange named Mark Cope as Chief Revenue Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in sales, customer experience, and scaling technology companies. The deep background of Mark Cope is going to help HHAeXchange drive revenue growth and ensure the strategy of sales would be aligned to the needs of homecare providers.
According to the report, the appointment was a move that the CEO Paul Joiner regarded as very important. "As part of the HHAeXchange executive leadership team, Anna and Mark bring deep expertise in organizational strategy, sales, and customer experience. Together, they will play critical roles in advancing our HR and sales initiatives, ensuring we continue to deliver transformative technology for the homecare industry," it said.
Strategically, its growth by acquisition or new contracts positions HHAeXchange to boost its technologies and services and thus health outcomes and the acceleration of the evolution of the HCBS sector.
