New luxury residential towers in Business Bay will feature stunning penthouse Pool Bridge and panoramic views.

Foster + Partners has unveiled the design for the Regent Residences Dubai, a pair of 180-meter-tall residential skyscrapers that will become a striking feature of the Dubai skyline. Set to rise in the Marasi Marina district of Business Bay, the towers will house 60 luxurious apartments, each occupying its own floor, ensuring unparalleled privacy and panoramic views of iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa.

One of the most striking features of the design is the penthouse-level swimming pool, which will connect the two skyscrapers, providing a dramatic visual element while offering a luxurious space for relaxation. The towers' design includes staggered outdoor terraces with private pools that rotate around the building's façade, creating the illusion of cascading water.

This ambitious project, led by Sankari Properties - the local developer and IHG Hotels and Resorts of Britain - in collaboration with Foster + Partners, will certainly provide a twist of dynamic art form and articulate façade with its design in this Business Bay area, which harmoniously combines urbanization with a strong tie to nature by means of ample shaded terraces and enhanced views of the waterfront.

The podium will anchor the towers, including green spaces, water features, retail spaces, restaurants, a gym, and several indoor and outdoor pools, creating a full-service luxury experience for residents. The podium's exterior has been designed to complement the neighboring buildings and retail spaces along the Marasi Marina promenade, ensuring a harmonious urban aesthetic.

Regent Residences Dubai will join Foster + Partners' portfolio of iconic Dubai waterfront projects, including the Vela and Vela Viento residential skyscrapers, further cementing the studio's reputation for pushing the boundaries of design in luxury living.
