McDonald's announces the return of the popular Snack Wrap in 2025 due to customer demand.
McDonald's Snack Wrap is coming back in 2025, according to a statement from McDonald's USA president Joe Erlinger, who appeared recently on Good Morning America. The once-popular menu item was removed in 2016 when sales were in decline. But now, it is returning in 2025 due to customer demand over the years.
The Snack Wrap, a chicken, lettuce, shredded cheese, and sauce wrapped in a warm tortilla, was taken off McDonald's menus because its sales did not meet expectations. It was also a time-consuming item to prepare, and the all-day breakfast menu shifted customer preference. Even though it is gone, the Snack Wrap has a huge fan following, and many customers still ask for it to be returned.
Erlinger said that the Snack Wrap is something that McDonald's gets tons of emails about, as it is still a much-loved item. It has been decided that the item will return to McDonald's in 2025, but Erlinger did not give a specific return date. The company is looking at customer preferences and revamping its menu with the Snack Wrap's return.
The move also comes at a time when McDonald's is keen to revamp its menu offerings and reinvigorate excitement among customers. And while the company continues to take all necessary steps to revisit favorite menu items such as Snack Wrap, it is still keen to uphold the high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. So, McDonald's will meet the expectations of its long-time customers on the revamped Snack Wrap. Fans can look forward to the wrap to once again appear on the menu at McDonald's across the nation in 2025.
