Emirates enhances Thanksgiving travel with festive meals, entertainment, and luxury offerings
Just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday, Emirates will be adding a little extra flair to travel this year. Between November 23rd and 30th, 2024, passengers traveling between Dubai and the United States will have the opportunity to experience the first-ever Thanksgiving in the sky featuring delectable holiday cuisine and special entertainment.
First-class passengers will be welcomed with an appropriate warm breakfast of cinnamon pancakes with apple and cranberry compote, a genuine Thanksgiving-style turkey roulade with all the accompaniments for dinner. Apple fritters, key lime tarts, and toffee apple cake will be offered as dessert. Economy passengers don't miss out on Thanksgiving-style meal offerings either, so everybody on board can enjoy what's in season.
The festive spirit extends beyond the cabin as well. In 50 major U.S. cities, from New York, Los Angeles, to San Francisco, Emirates lounges will offer roasted turkey with sage stuffing, savory pumpkin pastries, and many more feast-inspired delights. And while traveling, Dubai passengers will be able to enjoy Thanksgiving meals and refreshing drinks to celebrate the season. For those looking for a celebratory toast, Emirates’ Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge in Terminal 3’s Business Class Lounge at Dubai International Airport adds a touch of luxury to the festivities.
Emirates' ice entertainment system also makes Thanksgiving time well enjoyable as it contains live streaming of NFL and NBA games so that sports fans would never miss any holiday action. With over 6,500 channels of movies, TV shows, and seasonal music, there's something for everyone to enjoy while in the air.
To make Thanksgiving a very special occasion, Emirates ensures that travelers feel at home no matter where they are. Business and leisure are distinct, but with Emirates, it is possible to have a joyful and memorable journey celebrating the spirit of gratitude.
