The new platform simplifies deployment complexity, reduces costs, and supports CSPs in seizing emerging industry opportunities
Oracle has recently announced the general availability of its Oracle Communications Digital Business Experience, a pre-integrated Business Support System (BSS) crafted to satisfy the changing needs of Communications Service Providers (CSPs). This extensive service aims to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue at each stage of the customer journey.
The new platform simplifies deployment complexity, reduces costs, and supports CSPs in seizing emerging industry opportunities, such as API monetization and expansion into new verticals. By leveraging cloud-based technologies, including AI, Oracle’s solution provides CSPs with a robust foundation for rapid innovation and service expansion. Oracle Digital Business Experience integrates key functionalities such as a commercial and billing product catalog, configure-price-quote (CPQ), customer relationship management (CRM), and central order management. This all-in-one system enables CSPs to deliver hyper-personalized experiences, streamline operations, and explore new revenue streams. Andrew Morawski, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Communications, noted that Oracle Digital Business Experience is designed to simplify and enhance the automation of delivering new offers and experiences for telecommunications companies. He highlighted that with AI-powered applications, the platform enables service providers to manage a wide range of processes, from concept to customer care, more efficiently.
Developed with a solution-driven design, the offering also allows CSPs to maintain business agility and optimize performance by deploying it on private, public, or hybrid infrastructures. Oracle’s collaboration with partners like Accenture further empowers CSPs to modernize their operations and achieve faster returns on their investments.
