Oracle introduces Syniverse’s cutting-edge personalized messaging technology, elevating its capabilities with seamless integration into Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

Oracle is revolutionizing personalized messaging with the addition of Syniverse’s advanced communication solution, the Syniverse Communication Gateway. This upgrade marks a significant milestone as Syniverse's tool, previously part of the Oracle Partner Network, now boasts "Integrated" status with Oracle Cloud Expertise. This new status means that Oracle Cloud Marketplace customers can directly access and benefit from Syniverse’s innovative messaging technology.

Renowned for its expertise in customer engagement, Syniverse’s solution enhances the way businesses connect with potential employees. By utilizing secure SMS messaging, the tool provides a more personalized and reliable means of interaction. This development is set to strengthen recruitment efforts by integrating with Oracle Cloud Recruiting, allowing businesses to establish robust, dependable connections with candidates through automated and personalized messages, irrespective of their geographical location.

The collaboration also brings enhancements to Oracle Service. The introduction of Gen AI Assisted Answer Generation leverages Oracle Digital Assistant to automatically craft relevant responses to customer inquiries, streamlining the process for service agents. This feature not only accelerates the handling of simple queries but also allows agents to concentrate on more complex issues.

Additionally, Oracle Service now includes Assisted Scheduling for Field Service, an AI-driven innovation that optimizes scheduling for field technicians. This feature takes into account factors such as availability, location, skills, and travel time, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
