New Collaboration Aims to Transform Customer Experience and Network Efficiency
Infosys is expanding its strategic partnership with Nvidia to develop advanced AI-driven solutions tailored for the telecommunications industry. This expanded collaboration focuses on harnessing AI technology to boost innovation and operational efficiency for telecom companies, promising significant improvements in customer experiences and network management.
The enhanced partnership will leverage Infosys Topaz, a suite of AI-first services, solutions, and platforms that utilize cutting-edge generative AI technologies. Through this collaboration, Infosys aims to streamline network operations and accelerate service delivery for telecom operators. The integration of Nvidia’s AI technologies will play a pivotal role in this transformation.
Infosys has introduced three new generative AI solutions within the Infosys Topaz framework, incorporating Nvidia’s NIM inference microservices, NeMo Retriever embedding models, and NeMo Guardrails. These tools are designed to create and deploy domain-specific large language models (LLMs) for the telecom sector, enhancing the accuracy and relevance of AI applications in this field.
Additionally, Infosys Topaz will utilize Nvidia Riva to build real-time conversational AI pipelines. This feature will support real-time transcription and translation for call center agents, further improving customer service interactions and operational efficiency.
By expanding its collaboration with Nvidia, Infosys aims to set a new standard in telecom innovation, providing telecom companies with powerful AI tools to meet the evolving demands of their customers and optimize their network operations.
