Adidas has officially unveiled its highly anticipated signature collection in collaboration with the football icon Jude Bellingham, marking a milestone in the brand’s history. This premium collection is part of the Adidas Originals banner, and it is a testimony to the months of painstaking design work and collaboration with the young England and Real Madrid star.
The collection features a mix of classic and contemporary styles, including jerseys made with engineered flat knit ribs, tracksuits, ringer tees, and shorts. Each piece comes with a ‘JB' monogram alongside the classic Adidas trefoil, along with white, blue, and red hues integrated to emphasize Bellingham’s prominence on the pitch and his club's colors. The jersey in particular pays homage to the style of the 1980s and early 1990s, and is inspired by vintage aesthetics, and has a V-neck polo collar. The entire line echoes a retro vibe, highlighting Bellingham’s distinctive position in football and fashion. SVP of Product and Design at Adidas, Sam Handy, praised Bellingham’s unique blend of athletic expertise and enthusiasm for embracing fashion while emphasizing the collection’s uniqueness as more than leisure wear. He underscored that this exclusive collection signifies the honoring of a “generational athlete” who epitomizes the Adidas Originals spirit.
As the only active footballer to have a similar collection other than Lionel Messi, Bellingham’s new collection testifies his elevated status in the sport.
