Drew Horn is appointed as the new COO of KMI International, leading operations, expansion, and themed entertainment project management for international clients.
Drew Horn has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of KMI International, an established project and construction management consultancy located in Orlando, Florida. Along with supporting KMI International's leadership expansion in Orlando, Florida, the company continues to strengthen its presence worldwide, this leadership shift is an important milestone in the company's growth path.
Drew Horn has over thirty years of experience in project management, estimating costs, and project controls. He will look after KMI International's everyday activities and help with directing the company's overall strategy in his new position. The goal of this executive position with a project and construction management consulting organization is to improve efficiency in operations and better meet the demands of its international clients.
Horn worked as an estimator at Universal Parks & Resorts from 2016 to 2018 before he joined KMI International. Later, he became a senior estimator at KMI, where he soon took more responsibility. Horn gained useful worldwide expertise by working with clients in a number of sectors and regions over time. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2023 and played an important role in leading the international expansion plan for themed entertainment project management.
