Luxury Travel Intelligence named the world’s best new luxury hospitality hotels, highlighting outstanding hotel openings across global hospitality destinations.
Luxury Travel Intelligence (LTI) has released its yearly list of the World's Best New Luxury Hotels of 2025, that honors 15 new hotel openings that made an important influence on the worldwide luxury hospitality business in the previous year. Based on the LTI's evaluation of design excellence, service standards, location, uniqueness, and brand strength. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts was the most successful brand, landing three places on the list this year. The group also took first place with The Chancery Rosewood, London, which was named the World's Best New Luxury Hotel 2025.
The rating highlights the rise of premium hotels in major cities, vacation spots, and new experiential areas. Eco-friendly luxury is a major feature in the 2025 selection. Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Costa Rica, ranked 15th, while Rosewood Mandarina in Mexico ranked 14th. Stressing simple construction and a connection with the natural environment. At the same time, urban luxury remains popular, with The Twenty Two New York, Mandarin Oriental Vienna, Faena New York City, and Aman Bangkok all ranking in the top 15.
Experiential and environmentally friendly trips are becoming more and more important. Few & Far Luvhondo in South Africa and &Beyond Suyian Lodge in Kenya suggest the growing demand for environmentally friendly luxury with limited availability and unique guest experiences. The Chancery Rosewood was praised for its all-suite accommodations, eight dining options, and large Asaya Spa. This year, the three major luxury hospitality hotels are The Chancery Rosewood London, &Beyond Suyian Lodge Kenya, and Aman Bangkok. They are redefining modern luxury hospitality.
