Hyland appoints Sharon Brand as Chief Human Resources Officer to lead global HR strategy and growth.
Hyland, the leader in The Content Innovation Cloud, welcomes Sharon Brand as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Brand will lead the company's global HR strategy as it seeks to build a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports Hyland's overall business objectives.
With over 20 years of executive experience in high-growth settings, Brand is highly qualified for the position. She has an excellent record for fostering talent growth and organizational success, with past work as a key leader at SAP SE and PlanSource. Brand's previous role was Chief People Officer at PlanSource, where she spearheaded the company's scaling of HR functions and collaborated with the CEO and Board on strategic business programs. Brand was previously a Vice President, HR Business Partner at SAP, where she oversaw global people strategies and served as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.
The hiring of Brand comes after a time of significant expansion and innovation for Hyland in the field of content management. "Sharon's demonstrated ability to drive organizational excellence through strategic talent development makes her exactly what Hyland needs as we accelerate our growth and innovation," said Jitesh S. Ghai, CEO of Hyland, in reference to Brand's leadership.
