The deal very much enhances AMCS's ability to provide waste and recycling solutions, aligning further with its goal to maximize the sustainability and performance of municipalities and resource recovery facilities.
Selected Interventions is most renowned for its flagship ECHO™ Service Management Framework, used to manage waste collection and recycling services to more than 19 million residents globally. ECHO provides sophisticated customer engagement, service planning, and mobile workforce management capabilities—capabilities vital to effective and sustainable waste management. The deal allows AMCS to grow its footprint and strengthen its capabilities for public and private waste management segments, and contribute to enhanced environmental outcomes through wiser technology.

Further solidifying its position in the waste and recycling sector, AMCS also made the announcement of acquiring Mandalay Technologies, an Australian company offering modular cloud-based weighbridge and data management solutions Mandalay offers significant experience in managing and optimizing the movement of material through waste and recycling plants.
Together, these strategic acquisitions extend the global reach of AMCS and solidify it as a leader in partnership with municipalities and waste recycling companies. By automating key functions such as data collection, invoicing, and reporting on sustainability, AMCS aims to reduce administrative overhead costs, improve resource utilization, and empower the transition towards more smart, sustainable cities.
