The SaaS industry sees renewed demand, driven by AI-powered solutions to boost productivity and competitiveness.

Following almost a year of reluctant spending and stalled budgets, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry is experiencing renewed demand, but specifically for solutions with artificial intelligence (AI). Corporate business leaders note that businesses are once more beginning to invest in SaaS software as a way of enhancing productivity and maintaining pace with competitor businesses.

Customer attitudes have been dramatically different since January 2025, with companies rethinking the expense and much more willing to consolidate based on SaaS solutions.
