OpenAI Consulting Partnerships Drive Enterprise AI Adoption Strategy

Global consulting firms partner with AI companies to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and business transformation.

Leading artificial intelligence companies are forming partnerships in the field of OpenAI consulting services to facilitate the adoption of artificial intelligence in businesses. Companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic have recently entered into partnerships with global consulting leaders, including Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and Capgemini, to help businesses incorporate artificial intelligence into their daily operations.

The partnerships are expected to speed up the process of artificial intelligence transformation consulting services by helping businesses implement artificial intelligence systems, automate processes, and introduce AI coworkers in their operations.

“Working side by side with OpenAI helps us better support companies in rethinking their businesses to better leverage the potential of AI,” said Ben Ellencweig, a senior partner at McKinsey & Company. On the other hand, Anthropic also increased its partnerships in the business automation domain through its partnership with Accenture to help companies move beyond the pilot phase and into the implementation phase of AI. Additionally, the company also partnered with Deloitte to provide access to its AI model, Claude, and train 15,000 consultants to develop AI solutions in regulated industries.

These developments are a part of a larger change in the consulting industry as a result of the global emergence of generative AI technologies following the launch of ChatGPT in 2022. For instance, at McKinsey & Company, nearly 40 percent of the company’s projects currently incorporate analytics and AI-related work. Additionally, at Boston Consulting Group, 90 percent of employees use AI tools regularly.

Experts have also highlighted the challenges that the corporate world might face in the coming days. Former McKinsey partner Mina Alaghband highlighted the challenges that many AI technologies might face in the coming days.
