Hawk Named Strong Performer by Forrester for AI-Powered AML Solutions

Hawk is recognized by Forrester as a Strong Performer for its AML solutions, customer feedback, and innovation.

Forrester chose Hawk, a leading provider of AI-powered fraud detection, screening, and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions, a Strong Performer in its most recent report, "The Forrester WaveTM: Anti-Money-Laundering Solutions, Q2 2025."

Wolfgang Berner, Chief Product Officer, stated that achieving a Strong Performer position in the company's first appearance in the report reflects the high quality of its technology, the complete nature of its solution, and the strength of its overall plan. He noted that from the beginning, the team documented explainable AI as a change in approach to how financial institutions tackle anti-money laundering (AML).

Forrester highlighted Hawk’s leadership in invention, stating that it is “ahead of the competition.” According to Forrester's analysis, Hawk's customer feedback was above average. Forrester's research noted that customers consistently agreed the vendor keeps its promises, demonstrates competence, maintains reliable quality and operates with integrity.

Hawk also made the highest possible score in the "support for transaction types" condition. According to the report, client administrations informed Forrester that they need proof that "a payment is a payment" as long as the AML solution looks at payment parameters. AML solutions that assist with risk-scoring rules and machine learning (ML) models personalized to different types of payments.

Wolfgang Berners stated that the company has successfully advanced AML in a way that balances regulatory and financial institution requirements with new invention.
