Accenture establishes an AI innovation center in order to support cloud adoption and workforce transformation.
Accenture has expanded its operations in Saudi Arabia with the establishment of a Connected Innovation Center located at its regional headquarters in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). The new center helps to demonstrate Accenture's dedication to speeding up the pace of AI implementation and contributing to digital development within the country.
The connected innovation center will serve as an accelerator for organizations' lines of business by enabling companies to take concepts or ideas that are still in the early stages of development and develop them into fully operational products or services. It supports companies by providing cloud-based and enterprise AI transformation strategies in Saudi Arabia, while also providing testing environments for enterprise AI applications so that they can be effectively validated and developed into scalable business operations. Additionally, the connected innovation center is part of Accenture's global innovation ecosystem, which provides businesses with access to state-of-the-art analytics, automation systems, and tailored industry-specific enterprise AI solutions based on the Saudi Vision 2030 digital transformation initiatives.
Accenture is working with Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Oracle on a sovereign cloud infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. One of the flagship projects is the GOSI who transitioned from an AI-enabled vision to production using the capabilities of the center. The center also offers the Accenture LearnVantage platform which utilizes AI to provide workforce upskilling programs, located in Riyadh, to help you build a future-ready digital workforce. Accenture’s partnerships with SAP and Amazon Web Services further enhance these programs through training and certifications. In the last 2 years, Accenture has achieved a 60% increase in its regional staffing level in Saudi Arabia; this helps to support public sector AI initiatives in the UAE and establish an innovative development ecosystem in KAFD.
