Honasa Consumer Limited’s Chief Marketing Officer resigns due to personal reasons, effective June 30th, 2025.

Mamaearth's parent company, Honasa Consumer Limited, has stated that Anuja Mishra, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), will be leaving her position on June 30, 2025, due to personal reasons. Varun Alagh, the company's CEO and full-time director, will serve as the interim CMO, per the circular submitted by Honasa Consumer.
In March 2022, Mishra became CMO of Honasa, where she was in charge of marketing strategy for consumer group brands Mamaearth, Bblunt, and The Derma Co. The email screenshot shared in the circular reveals that the individual has stated, "Due to personal reasons, I am resigning from my position as Chief Marketing Officer at Honasa Consumer Limited, with my resignation taking effect at the close of business on June 30th, 2025."
According to a different report, the corporation also expanded its ESOP pool earlier this week by adding 24, 61,350 ESOP options valued at Rs 57 crore. In the third quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q3 FY25), the company's revenue increased by 5.9% to Rs 517 crore from Rs 488 crore in Q3 FY24. Its earnings over the same time period, however, stayed constant at Rs 26 crore. After closing Friday's trading session at Rs 233 per share, Honasa Consumer Limited had a total market capitalization of Rs 7,578 crore, or around $890 million.
