AMP announced on January 13 the appointment of Tina Cleary as Chief Marketing Officer.
After a worldwide search, the financial services company announced on January 13 that Tina Cleary has been hired as CMO. She will be in charge of the brand and marketing team.
In North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia, Cleary has more than 25 years of experience leading digital and retail marketing firms in the financial, telecoms, and music industries. She recently spearheaded the international business-to-business marketing organization at Dandelion Payments, a cross-border payment platform for banks and fintech organizations based in California. She had worked for Californian companies since 2018 and had been there for six years in Sydney.
AMP's Chief People, Sustainability, and Community Officer, Rebecca Nash, welcomed the recent news released about the company. "With our new digital bank for small businesses and our new retirement and digital advice solutions for our super members also coming soon, it's a great time for AMP," she said.

Regarding her new position, Tina Cleary stated, "It is truly amazing to be a part of the team looking forward to a new era of expansion. "Cleary was recruited on board after last year's departure of Renee Howie, the then chief marketing officer, in October. Howie left the company on November 1, 2024, to take on a role as chief customer officer at Insignia Financial after being responsible for customer service and marketing for three years.
